Shipping Rates and Policies

All shipments from DistinctNorthernArt.com use the services of either UPS or Canada Post - at our option.  

• Shipments are made no more than 7 business days (usually less) from receipt of your order. 
• All shipments are made by standard ground transportation. 
• You can expect to receive your order within 7 days from the date it is shipped from our warehouse. 
• If you do not receive your order within two weeks of the date you placed your order please contact us and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
• Shipping charges are automatically applied to your order during the checkout process according to the following rate sheet.

North American Shipping Rates

All North American shipments are subject to the following rate chart.  All prices shown are per order and are charged in Canadian currency.  To check US and international conversion rates please click here.

International Shipping

(includes Alaska and Hawaii)

For all shipments outside of the U.S. or Canada - including shipments to Alaska and Hawaii - please follow this procedure:

• When you're finished shopping click on "View Cart".
• Copy the list of items and past them into the contact form.
• Include your name, full address, postal code, country and phone number.
• Do not include your credit cart number.

When we receive your request we will quickly prepare a quotation showing exact shipping costs to your destination.  You can then place your order by phone if you are paying by Visa or MasterCard.  Or, refer to Other Forms of Payment for instructions for all other payment options.
