General Return Policy

All returns must reference a Return Authorization Number.  Any merchandise returned to us without authorization will be returned at your expense.  Please contact us at customerservice@distinctnorthernart.com stating full details.  We will contact you promptly and provide the necessary return information.

Burns Collection Warranty and Return Policy

We guarantee that all of our artwork is free of production defects for a period of one year from receipt of your order.  This includes yellowing and cracking of paintings on wood, but does not apply to damage caused by mishandling such as chips or scratches.  Please contact us at customerservice@distinctnorthernart.com for warranty instructions.  Warranty claims for custom artwork or moose antler carvings will be handled on an individual basis.

  • We will gladly replace any piece of artwork deemed to be defective under warranty.
  • Claims for artwork damaged in transit should be handled directly with the carrier.
  • If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order after it arrives, call or email us at customerservice@distinctnorthernart.com within 10 days of receiving it and tell us the problem. 
  • We do not charge any restocking fees on our Wildlife on Wood series.  Moose antler carvings and custom designs will be discussed on an individual basis.
